• Patient portal for easy online appointment booking, refill requests and non-urgent questions and membership payment.

• counseling and guidance (nutrition, development, sleep, behavior, parenting and more)

• breastfeeding consultation and support

• complex medical care and coordination of care

• evaluation and management of ADHD, anxiety and depression

• routine childhood immunizations and annual Flu shots for children AND their parents

• point of care rapid testing in the office

• discounted diagnostic evaluations for Autism

• minor procedures including abscess drainage and sutures/glue (*small supply fee applies)

There is a monthly family max, a discount on annual membership and a limited number of need-based scholarship memberships.  Membership fees will be automatically billed monthly or annually to your preferred payment method. 

 

Accepted payment methods include HSA, credit card, debit card and ACH debit.

“Pay it forward”:  If you would like to sponsor a membership for another child via donation please contact us directly.  This allows us to offer more discounted memberships to families in need.

Vaccines:  Vaccines are provided in the office through partnership with Vaxcare.  Vaxcare is in network with most insurances.  Uninsured or Medicaid patients may receive vaccines through the state VFC program.

 

Record request:  Please have your child’s records transferred electronically when possible to Heart2Heart pediatrics.  If you are transferring from another practice that uses Ciox (314-778-3312) for record transfer, please choose e-delivery.  Record request form is available in your patient portal.  

 

Non-Member Services

We offer a limited number of services for non-members based on availability

• Autism diagnostic evaluation under 4 years old: Email for pricing ($300 member)

• One time sick/urgent visit: $200 ($100 parent of member)

• One time consultation visit with 1 month followup and referrals:  $350

• Medical grade ear piercing: $100 ($75 member)

• School/sports physical: $200
